Follow these simple steps to making a deliciously creamy green smoothie.

This creamy green smoothie combines a little sweet, savory, and sour for a morning zing or an afternoon pick-me-up. You can slowly sip throughout your morning or pack it up to drink as you drive. Enjoy all the probiotic benefits in the greek yogurt, Omega-3 in the avocado, vitamin K in the kale, and vitamin C in the lemon and mango. Best of all, it tastes so good that you you can easily swallow down all of these nutritional benefits. Feel free to add more or less of any ingredient to bulk it into a meal or slim it into a snack.

Here are the simple steps to making this delicious avocado mango smoothie.


Ingredients

1 quarter avocado

½ cup greek yogurt

½ cup mango cubes

½ squeezed lemon

2 big handfuls of kale

1 tsp. honey

½ cup water


Instructions

  1. Combine the avocado, yogurt, mango, lemon, kale, honey, and water into your blender.
  2. Blend until creamy.
  3. Pour and enjoy!
